The Custom Weld X-Caliber Edition is a custom boat from the ground up.  This is a boat specifically designed for the shallow water application and the theory of ‘I may go over a few rock bars or log jams on accident’.  This boat is equipped to get you in and to get you out.  With large load capabilities, pack out game or load it with friends and family.  X-Caliber has full camper canvas that breaks down and stores in the high deck compartment. The top can be used in many different configurations, from full enclosure to just front cover.  The X has a bench seat in the rear on the 70 gal cross fuel tank with a removable pad for comfort and when things get muddy you can remove it along with the motor cover pad.  The motor cover pad makes a great bed for when you have your camper canvas up or take it off when you need to haul a quad or your big game. It also has a one piece high deck with gas struts. Driver and passenger seating, jockey box, and stereo. The X also comes with a front and rear winch system to pull you out when things don’t end up as planned.  The winch is prewired to run from the driver seat or a remote system if you need to be out of the boat when winching it back to deeper water. This is a light weight but very effective system to get unstuck (especially if you’re boating alone). The bottom of the boat is a huge key to making the X what it is. It has a custom built tunnel in the boat to elevate the pump off the bottom of the boat so when running shallow you don’t stuff the grate with rocks or debris. It’s also comes with high caliber ½ inch UHMW to protect the bottom of the boat.  The UHMW also allows the boat to slide over things easier than raw aluminum.  The X is equipped with stomp grate, full swim platform, and ski tow. The whole profile of the X is different; with a lower profile and sit down and stand up driving style boat. With a high mount throttle control and a tilt steering wheel, sitting and standing are very comfortable. It also has a full grab rail around the windshield frame for support and holding on. The X has a 6.0L engine and an American Turbine 203 w SDR as the standard pump. Pump upgrades are available.  The X has full side paint and custom graphic to set it apart from the rest. It comes with a custom tandem axle Gateway trailer. More options are available upon request.
